Important new features for web control panel

New web control panel version PLESK 7.1.X offers important new features:

* Support International Domain Names.
Fully recognize characters from Japan, Korea, China, Denmark, Switzerland and any native language of the user's choice.
* Chroot secure shell Access.
* EditorUse Java SSH client integrated into the control panel.
* Perform domain backup to repository, FTP server, or workstation
* Backup/Restore Utilities supports data migration between Plesk servers.
* Schedule domain backup, set up backup files rotation.
* Site preview before DNS propagation.
* Anonymous FTP welcome message.
* Tomcat JSP. (optional)
